This collection contributes to the journal by exploring transformation in higher education as a deeply human, relational process. The articles engage critically with institutional culture, knowledge sharing, and power dynamics, in pursuit of liberatory practices. This supports the journal’s goal to rethink transformation as lived praxis within academic and societal spaces.
