The third edition of this journal invites contributions from a variety of disciplines that will critically engage with the following topic: New frontiers for transformation in higher education: contestations and contradictions. The higher education landscape has undergone different forms of transformation glocally. Although a certain level of progress has transpired as a result of this changing landscape, the question remains: what future contestations and contradictions are to be faced in higher education? This requires an interdisciplinary, critical, deconstructive and materialdiscursive engagement with new frontiers for transformation in higher education.
