This collection, The Neoliberal Turn in Higher Education: Pitfalls, Challenges, Possibilities in the global South,contributes to the journal by challenging the effects of neoliberalism on universities in the global South. The articles critique commodification and corporatisation, while imagining socially just, inclusive, and democratised alternatives. This aligns with the journal’s aim to facilitate critical scholarship that reclaims the public good in higher education.
